BP Asks 5th Circ. To Review Deepwater Spill Payouts

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 4:11 PM EDT) -- BP PLC on Wednesday asked the Fifth Circuit to weigh in on its claims that the methods used by the administrator overseeing a $7.8 billion settlement in the Deepwater Horizon multidistrict litigation have resulted in inflated and erroneous payments.
