Norex's $500M Suit Over Oil Co. Takeover Timely, Atty Says

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 9:57 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge misapplied federal and state statutes of limitations when she dismissed Norex Petroleum Ltd.'s allegations that BP PLC, Russian billionaires and others plotted to steal Norex's $500 million stake in a Russian oil company, a Norex attorney argued during an appeal Thursday.
