Chiquita Sues To Block SEC's Release Of Sensitive Docs

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 10:58 PM EDT) -- Fruit giant Chiquita Brands International Inc. on Thursday sued the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over its decision to release documents regarding payments a former subsidiary made to a Colombian paramilitary group, claiming the information could be misused and potentially affect multidistrict litigation over the payments.
