Euribor Antitrust Class Slams UBS' Bid To Move Case To NY

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 4:27 PM EDT) -- A proposed antitrust class accusing UBS AG and others of manipulating the Euribor urged an Illinois federal judge Thursday to reject the banks' bid to transfer the case to New York, saying the case is markedly different than other benchmark interest rate litigation pending there.
