AGs Lack Evidence To Extend Oversight: Microsoft

Law360, New York (January 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- As it fights off a move from various state attorneys general seeking to extend antitrust oversight, Microsoft Corp. said Friday that the states had failed to present enough evidence to show that such an extension is necessary.
