GAO Tosses AT&T Bid Protest Over $20M Analysis Contracts

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 7:22 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied two bid protests from an AT&T Inc. unit over its loss of $20 million in Department of Defense contracts to provide military analysis, finding that AT&T's release of classified information rightly deterred the department, according to a decision made public Friday.
