Law360, San Diego (April 5, 2013, 8:55 PM EDT) -- Kim Kardashian and her reality TV star siblings on Thursday sued their father’s widow in California federal court, claiming she kept Robert Kardashian’s diary and family photographs after his death and has been selling portions of the copyrighted material to tabloids.
