Bigelow Asks Judge To Ice Suit Over Tea's Health Claims

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 8:31 PM EDT) -- R.C. Bigelow Inc. urged a California federal judge Thursday to throw out a putative class action accusing the tea company of falsely advertising the health benefits of antioxidants, arguing that the plaintiff didn't identify how he was misled and wasn't injured by any company products.
