Intel Can't Escape Pentium 4 False Ad Suit

Law360, San Francisco (April 5, 2013, 7:53 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Friday rejected Intel Corp.’s bid to dismiss a class action alleging it falsely advertised its Pentium 4 microprocessor for failure to bring the case to trial within statutory time limits, saying a 2010 appeals court decision in the case reset the trial deadline.
