Atty's Insomnia Not Enough For ADA Suit, 4th Circ. Says

Law360, Los Angeles (April 5, 2013, 5:42 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Friday affirmed the dismissal of an Americans with Disabilities Act lawsuit against Discovery Communications LLC, the parent of the Discovery Channel, saying a former lawyer for Discovery who said the company improperly fired her for her insomnia failed to prove that she was “substantially impaired.”
