NY Hospital Chain Botched Tax Refund Notices, Suit Says

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 1:07 PM EDT) -- A large New York hospital chain made no real effort to notify former medical residents of refunds for improperly collected federal taxes, costing them thousands of dollars apiece, according to a proposed class action potentially worth $30 million that was launched Friday in state court.
