JC Penney Defying Ban On Stewart Goods, Macy's Says

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 6:39 PM EDT) -- J.C. Penney Co. Inc. is violating an injunction by selling Martha Stewart-branded plastic stemware similar to what's being sold at Macy's Inc., a Macy's attorney told a New York state judge as a bench trial resumed Monday.
