Hamilton Brook Hires Veteran Sonnenschein Litigator

Law360 (October 19, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Intellectual property law boutique Hamilton, Brook, Smith & Reynolds, P.C. has hired veteran intellectual property litigator and former Assistant U.S. Attorney Brian T. Moriarty from Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal.

Moriarty joins the firm as Principal and offers extensive experience as lead trial counsel in notable intellectual property cases. Most recently, he served as lead counsel for the pharmaceutical patent trials concerning the billion-dollar drugs Prilosec and Zofran and was involved in the successful effort to invalidate patents covering Prozac, the firm said.
