Bell South Pays $8.1M To Hang Up Field Managers’ OT Suit

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 5:33 PM EDT) -- AT&T Corp.'s BellSouth Telecommunications Inc. has reached an $8.1 million agreement with hundreds of field managers to settle their class action accusing the company of failing to pay overtime, according to a joint motion for settlement approval filed Friday in federal court in Georgia.
