Atty Bucks Claim He Breached Duty By Filing Rival FCA Suit

Law360, Dallas (April 9, 2013, 6:57 PM EDT) -- A former federal judge told a Texas state court Tuesday that he didn’t use a prospective client’s confidential information to file a competing False Claims Act suit with a different plaintiff, and argued a breach of fiduciary duty claim against him should be thrown out.
