Human Egg Donors’ Price-Fixing Suit Survives Dismissal Bid

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 9:02 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge refused recently to toss a proposed class action accusing the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and an affiliate of fixing prices for human egg donations, saying the organizations’ ethical justifications for the price caps are up for debate.
