Ex-Full Tilt Poker CEO To Plead Guilty In Fraud Case

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 7:07 PM EDT) -- Full Tilt Poker's former CEO intends to plead guilty in a federal criminal case alleging he defrauded customers and violating U.S. laws on online gambling, his lawyer said Monday.

Raymond Bitar has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors, lawyer Jack F. Baughman of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP said at a conference before U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska.

Bitar may plead from California, where is he currently, because he requires a heart transplant, Baughman indicated.
