NYC, NYU Avoid Additional Discovery In Parkland Dispute

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 8:03 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Friday declined to order New York City and New York University to disclose communications related to the fate of public parkland in NYU's $6 billion Greenwich Village expansion proposal, saying the plaintiffs already have ample evidence to support their claims.
