Law360, Los Angeles (April 9, 2013, 3:20 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday substantially trimmed two personal injury lawsuits alleging The Boeing Co. caused cancer in 14 community college workers exposed to toxic emissions from a nearby aerospace plant, saying plaintiffs needed to detail how their diseases were connected to any emissions.
