Lockheed Consultant Can't Reopen Pregnancy Suit: 11th Circ.

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 4:34 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit said Tuesday that a jury's verdict rejecting a former Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. employee's pregnancy retaliation case now prevents her from attempting to reopen claims alleging she was removed from a Lockheed Martin Corp. project because she took maternity leave.
