Paramedics Ask 5th Circ. To Revive OT Suit

Law360, Houston (April 30, 2013, 3:46 PM EDT) -- A group of paramedics urged the Fifth Circuit Tuesday to reinstate its suit that alleges a Texas county cheated them out of overtime pay, arguing they were never told they were receiving guaranteed salaries regardless of the number of hours worked.
