Judge Delays Decision Over JC Penney's Stewart Goods

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 7:02 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge postponed ruling Tuesday on Macy's Inc.'s allegations that J.C. Penney Co. Inc. is violating an injunction by selling Martha Stewart-branded plastic stemware similar to products sold at Macy's, saying he'd rule later this week.
