NYC Council Rezones Pier For Shipping Container-Built Market

Law360, New York (April 9, 2013, 6:45 PM EDT) -- The New York City Council on Tuesday approved a zoning measure that will allow Young Woo & Associates LLC and the Hudson River Park Trust to build a 425,000-square-foot retail center on Manhattan's Pier 57 using repurposed shipping containers.
