AT&T's "Triple Play" A Foul Pitch: Antitrust Suit

Law360 (January 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A subsidiary of AT&T has been slapped with a proposed class action lawsuit by Texas apartment dwellers who allege the telecom giant violated antitrust laws by striking deals to serve as the exclusive phone and Internet provider to apartment buildings.
