Goldman Can't Duck Prudential's $375M RMBS Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 6:38 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday refused Goldman Sachs & Co.'s bid to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Prudential Insurance Co. of America and others alleging fraud and racketeering related to the sale of more than $375 million in residential mortgage-backed securities, finding that Prudential so far has shown it can make a case against the bank.
