Law360, Philadelphia (April 15, 2013, 12:32 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania state judge on Monday allowed a suit accusing a Philadelphia investor of squeezing his former partners out of a $400 million hotel development project to advance, rejecting the investor’s request for a stay while he pursues a related appeal.
