Hotel Developer Says Suit Over $400M Project Can't Stand

Law360, Philadelphia (April 10, 2013, 6:06 PM EDT) -- An investor fired back Monday at claims that he squeezed his former partners out of a $400 million hotel development project in Philadelphia, saying the lawsuit runs directly counter to a complaint the plaintiff filed in 2009 that actively sought the dissolution of the partnership.
