Realty Co.'s Malpractice Suit Can't Stem Legal Bills: NJ Court

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 3:50 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court ruled Wednesday that Ragan & Ragan PC can collect unpaid legal bills from a real estate partnership it defended against tax foreclosure claims, saying the partnership can’t skirt its bills by launching legal malpractice counterclaims against the firm.
