Eagle Industries Fires Back At Body Armor Contract Verdict

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 9:43 PM EDT) -- Eagle Industries Unlimited Inc. asked a North Carolina federal court on Wednesday to overturn a jury verdict that would force it to pay a subcontractor for body armor panels allegedly ordered under its contract with the U.S. Marine Corps, saying the jury was given improper instructions in the case.
