Jenner & Block Welcomes Former SEC Branch Chief

Law360, New York (January 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In yet another instance of a public sector attorney moving to a private law firm, Elaine Wolff, formerly legal branch chief of the SEC's Division of Corporate Finance, has joined Jenner & Block LLP as a partner in the firm’s securities practice.

Wolff, who worked in the private sector for several years before joining the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, returned to private practice on Wednesday, when she started work at Jenner & Block’s Washington, D.C., office.
