SouthernLINC Dismissed From Cellular Patent Case

Law360 (January 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed Southern Communications Services Inc. from a lawsuit in which patent-holding company Minerva Industries Inc. accused numerous big players in the cellular industry of infringing its patent for a mobile entertainment and communication device.
