Calif. Bill Would Force Facebook To Erase Info On Demand

Law360, New York (April 11, 2013, 5:51 PM EDT) -- The majority leader of the California State Senate revived an effort to give social networking users more leverage over sensitive information they want erased from the sites, floating a bill Tuesday that would force companies for the first time to remove certain information upon request.
