Baldwin Rips Costner Oil Venture Ruling In 5th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (April 11, 2013, 5:17 PM EDT) -- Stephen Baldwin on Wednesday told the Fifth Circuit that a lower court abused its discretion when it failed to admit certain evidence in his $10 million suit against Kevin Costner over allegations that Costner duped Baldwin out of his interest in their oil cleanup company.
