AOL Claims Yahoo Poached Ad Sales Exec Too Early

Law360, Los Angeles (April 12, 2013, 9:24 PM EDT) -- AOL Inc. hit Yahoo Inc. and the former head of AOL’s advertising sales division with a lawsuit in New York state court Friday, saying Yahoo unlawfully hired the executive, in violation of a noncompete agreement.
