Experts In Remco Toxic Tort Were Ignored, 9th Circ. Told

Law360, San Francisco (April 16, 2013, 5:32 PM EDT) -- Two California women who claim exposure to toxic chemicals from a Remco Hydraulics Inc. chrome-plating plant sickened nearby residents urged the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday to revive the case, saying the district court wrongly discounted the testimony of their expert witnesses.
