AEX, Drivers Reach Settlement In Wage Class Action

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 1:43 PM EDT) -- American Eagle Express Inc. has reached a $700,000 settlement with a certified class of delivery drivers who claimed the courier misclassified them as independent contractors in violation of Pennsylvania's Wage Payment and Collection Law, according to a motion filed in federal court Friday.
