Attorneys Reap $17.2M In Becton Antitrust Dispute

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 1:50 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Friday awarded $17.2 million in fees and expenses to attorneys representing a class of medical supply distributors and other direct purchasers who accused medical supplier Becton Dickinson & Co. of monopolizing the national market for hypodermic needles.
