Ericsson Defying Injunction On Cell Tech, Airvana Says

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 6:25 PM EDT) -- Sprint Nextel Corp.'s cellphone network could stop working and Ericsson AB could lose a $3 billion Sprint contract if a New York state judge finds that Ericsson is disobeying an injunction over technology based on Airvana Network Solutions Inc. designs, an Ericsson attorney warned Monday.
