Flight Attendant Blames Attys For Grounding TSA Search Suit

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 5:41 PM EDT) -- An American Airlines flight attendant has launched a malpractice suit against her onetime attorneys for allegedly botching claims that a federal Transportation Safety Administration employee subjected her to a "sexually harassing, unlawful search" at Newark Liberty International Airport in 2006.
