Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 7:04 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday denied a psychiatric hospital's attempts to dismiss a False Claims Act suit over alleged Medicaid and Medicare fraud, rejecting arguments that a former employee was barred from bringing the suit because her claims were based on already public information.
