NJ Court Says Town Gave Proper Notice For Zoning Changes

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 5:30 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate court ruled Monday that Mahwah Township appropriately informed its property owners of an ordinance that authorizes health and fitness centers in two township industrial zones, saying a lower court incorrectly interpreted state law when it invalidated the ordinance.
