Enterprise Branches Reach $8M Settlement In OT Pay MDL

Law360, New York (April 15, 2013, 7:05 PM EDT) -- Regional branches of rental car giant Enterprise Holdings Inc. have agreed to pay $7.75 million to end multidistrict litigation alleging they didn't pay their assistant rental managers overtime wages, according to court documents filed Friday in Pennsylvania.

The settlement, which must receive court approval, is the culmination of nearly six years of litigation challenging Enterprise's classification of its regional assistant rental managers as exempt from overtime regulations under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
