Ga. Law Firm Can't Dodge $1M Mineral Lease Contract Suit

Law360, New York (April 16, 2013, 5:07 PM EDT) -- A Georgia law firm on Monday failed in its bid to escape allegations that it owes Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. $1 million for mangling a 1998 mineral lease deal, as a federal judge ruled that the insurer's claims fall within the statute of limitations.
