Law360, New York (April 16, 2013, 9:05 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Tuesday said a state court does not have the power to determine Medicaid eligibility, siding with New Jersey’s health services agency, which argued a state court judge’s ruling threatened to usurp its authority.
