Calif. High Court Urged To Toss Developer Bribery Charges

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 1:45 PM EDT) -- A real estate developer told the California Supreme Court on Tuesday that reinstating bribery charges against him would contradict long-standing state precedent that prevents someone accused of offering bribes from also being charged with conspiring with officials to accept those bribes.
