Macy's Can't Get More Docs From Martha Stewart, JCPenney

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 3:39 PM EDT) -- Macy's Inc. isn't entitled to more mid-trial discovery in its dispute with Martha Stewart over the sale of her home goods at rival J.C. Penney Co. Inc., a New York state judge said Wednesday as his interim decision to allow J.C. Penney to sell some Stewart-designed home goods faces an appeal.
