Ex-Connaught Workers Win Cert. In WARN Class Action

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 3:56 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Wednesday certified a class of former employees of high-end fashion retailer Connaught Group Ltd. who claim they were not given adequate notice before they lost their jobs when the company entered bankruptcy last year.
