Samsung Blasts Apple's Reinstatement Bid Over $1B Award

Ltd. on Tuesday attacked Apple Inc.'s bid to recoup part of a slashed $1.05 billion award against Samsung in their patent fight, arguing the iPhone maker had imposed conditions to the bid that evoked a "heads I win, tails you lose" strategy against Samsung.
