High Court Urged To Revive Pfizer, GSK Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (April 17, 2013, 5:05 PM EDT) -- A group of pharmacies told the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday that a consolidated antitrust suit alleging Pfizer Inc., GlaxoSmithKline PLC and other drug companies conspired to inflate U.S. drug prices was improperly dismissed by a presiding California judge with a conflict of interest.
