Calif. Lobs $101M Wage Suit At Embattled Hospital Chain

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 9:41 PM EDT) -- California's top labor regulator on Wednesday launched a $101 million lawsuit seeking unpaid wages for workers at a hospital chain that saw its finances battered by a recent settlement of Medicare and Medicaid fraud allegations involving kickbacks for referrals of patients from Los Angeles' Skid Row.
